What data we process
- Data sent through the contact form: name, email address, type of request and the text of your message.
- Technical data: when the form is sent we record the IP address, browser type and date of consent, to prevent abuse and to demonstrate the consent received.
- Browsing data: the servers record the requests received in technical logs (IP address, requested page, date and time), solely for the security and proper operation of the website.
Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your request or preparing an offer: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Website security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing the form data is necessary for us to reply; without it we cannot follow up on your request.
Recipients
The data is processed by the controller. It may be processed, as data processors, by the suppliers managing the website server and the email service. The data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the EU
The website does not use third-party services (analytics, maps, fonts or embedded social networks). Any transfers to third countries by the email provider take place on the basis of the safeguards laid down in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
Retention
Requests received through the form are automatically deleted after 24 months, unless they lead to an assignment: in that case the data is kept for as long as required by law. Logs of the emails sent by the website are automatically deleted after 180 days.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to the processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
